1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and protective materials.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

  • Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging with all original components.

  • Personalized or customized items that were made specifically for you.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page or during the checkout process.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@langeglasni.com with your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for your return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item, including all original components, ensuring that it is well-protected against damage during shipping.

  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the item back to the address provided with your RAN. The RAN should be clearly visible on the outside of the package.

  5. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may grant a partial refund at our discretion (e.g., minor damage to packaging or signs of use that do not impact the functionality of the product).

  • Refused Refunds: If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will notify you of the reason for the refusal, and you will have the option to have the item returned to you at your cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We will, however, make every effort to expedite the process of a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@langeglasni.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these types of returns.
